Kolkata Street Style Shrimp Cakes


These easy shrimp cakes have vegetables of your choice such as bell pepper and green beans and herbs and the cake is pan-seared to golden brown perfection.
A simple and easy meal that the whole family is sure to love!

Best to make bite-sized shrimp cakes a unique party appetizer, and sometimes you can make shrimp cakes larger and put them between a bun to eat like a burger
with a cuppa of masala chai.  

Best served with kasundi (Bengali mustard sauce)/tomato ketchup and some sliced onions or with either Tangy Herb Chutney or Sweet Cilantro Chillie Sauce (both recipes are given).
