In most Bengali household Bengali Aloor Dum is a basically a weekend breakfast in many households.
This Bengali style dum aloo can also be often found as a Kolkata street food during morning hours for office goes who are on the go.
This can also be eaten by itself with toothpicks as an appetizer.
