Amritsari Fish Pakora with Kachumber Salad N Yogurt Sauce

Amritsari Fish Pakora (Fish fritters) is a lightly battered fish fry in Indian spices, ginger garlic paste and 
gram flour (chickpea). It’s crunchy and light to eat. Works great as an appetizer. It is so famous in Punjab, 
that it can be found in any of the local street food stalls or the best of the hotels. It is popularity is similar to Tandoori Chicken.

The Amritsari Macchi is best enjoyed with mint and coriander sauce or chutney of your choice. Fry some of these for yourself and 
beat the fried food cravings in the rainy evenings.
