Wishing Mothers all over the Globe a very Happy Mother’s Day.
A letter from a Mother and Dad to their children on Mother’s Day:
My Child, when I get old, I hope you understand and have patience with me. In case I break a plate, or spill soup on the table because I am losing my eyesight, hope you don’t yell and me. And my hearing gets worse and I can’t hear what you’er saying I hope you don’t call me ‘Deaf’. Please repeat what you said or write it down. Older people are sensitive, always having self pity when you yell. I am sorry, my child. I am getting older when my knees feel weaker, I hope you have the patience to help me get up like I used to help you while were little learning how to walk. Please bear with me. Please also bear my smell. Please don’t force me to shower. My body is weak and old people get sick when they are cold. I hope you can be patient when I am always cranky and keep on repeating myself. It’s all part of getting old, you’ll understand when you’re older. When you have spare time, hope we can talk as I feel very lonely and have no one to talk to. When my time comes hope you have patience to take care of me and hope you will hold my hand. And don’t worry when I meet my Creator I will whisper in his ear to Bless you and your family as you loved your Mom and Dad. Thanking you so much for your care. We love you. With much love - Mom and Dad
