Hi! Renu,
Greetings!  I know this letter is a bit too longs but I could not stop myself from writing it. So please don’t mind read it till the end.
It was a great pleasure for me to have met you after more than a decade, though Sarita of course has been in touch with you.  Even by luck I met Sarita after a decade,  surprisingly through our great Whatsup from the US which really links us friends from all over the globe.  Thanks to the network for being the link for all friends, and also the near and dear ones.
The warmth and the hug was really very very touching and made me feel wanted.  It was a real good gesture on your part for having us over to meet you in your workplace - Hope Cafe - and we were amazed to see that you have not changed at all from our Dunlop days - bubbly as ever and an excellent administrator and a wonderful host not only to us but also to the other customers who dropped by for lunch.
The ambience is really good and we really appreciated the tree where the customers can write on stick on slips their comments and suggestions.  It reminded me of  a family tree or a wishing tree.  Great!  The idea must, of course, have been yours, as know your creativity.
It was really amazing to see how good you are in organising everything in the restaurant and making us feel so much at home and seeing that all who were there also getting personal attention from you.   You really handled it beautifully. Even your staff have been very well trained.  Your cooks had done a wonderful job with the food served.  I just have no words to actually describe you.  Just like the old Renu of Dunlop active and pleasant as ever.  May God bless you with all the best in life and your wishes come true. We always knew that you have been always so helpful and as the saying goes seeing is believing so it is.  Helping your staff who unfortunately don’t have a bright future through education and training them and trying to get them better jobs is a good Karma by itself. Well don!
Sarita and myself really enjoyed our cold iced lemon tea.  It was just too good, that we felt like having a refill but it would have been too much as we had dishes to try out.  We really enjoyed the Broccoli Quiche and salad followed by the Mughlai paratha with a wonderful raita and topping it all up with a brownie with hot chocolate. Oh! It was tooooo good.
The presentation of the dishes was wonderful.  It makes a lot of difference when you see any dish well presented, it creates a real good impression.
On our way back home, Sarita and myself were just recalling how we enjoyed ourselves not only the food but also watching your enthusiasm and as well as you being same old Renu, we knew from Dunlop days who always had a smile on her face come what may, which is not always possible for all..
We were also rather surprised to see one of the owners of Bhojohori Manna (an ex Dunlop) the great Bengali restaurant being there with family enjoying their meal.  He was very cordial to the three of us, as we were already talking to his wife and her friend before he walked.  He later informed us about a unite for raw fish opened by Bhojohori Manna known as Machhli Baba.  And then of course, your personal attention again towards a family - father and lovely children who were really feeling at home and being given instructions by you as to where they could help themselves for their wants of little tit bits.  Ah! one of the elder girl of the three children, who is a good cook also does plans to show her art of cooking a dish.  She must be around 11 years.  Well, it was great watching you encouraging her.
Renu, your personal interaction with your customer, it is really very awesome!    Now that we know where we can have a meal in a homely atmosphere, reasonably priced and also meet people from all walks of life, so just don’t be surprised, meeting us there with our families one fine day.
Kudos! my dear friend from both Sarita and me.  Hope to see you again soon.
Love from us both and God Bless.
Yours truly

KEEP UP THE GOOD JOB
