Authentic Rajasthani Laal Maas 

Laal Maas is a very popular non-veg recipe in Rajasthan. It is a fiery meat curry that is made with a combination of 
Kashmiri red chillies and other popular spices of Rajasthan. It is made in many ways but the authentic one is made with 
the use of dry red chillies. It is a mutton curry prepared in a sauce of yoghurt and hot spices such as red Mathania chillies. 

This dish typically is very hot and rich in garlic. and the gravy may be thick or liquid. You can also serve Rajasthani Laal Maas 
with hot Phulkas, which is eaten with chapatis made out of wheat or Bajra, steamed rice or Baati. It is usually made during 
special occasions and festivals in Rajasthan.
