Chinese Sweet & Sour Fish 

Sweet and Sour Fish is a very popular dish in China, and it is almost always served as a whole fish. 
This recipe is the much easier version: Sweet and Sour Fish Fillet Stir-fry, using readily available fish fillets fried in a crispy batter.

The gravy has a great balance of sweet and sour sauce with a tinge of spiciness to tantalize the taste buds. 
As the fish is fried, the crispiness of the skin is coated with the saucy gravy and it makes every mouthful a delight.

Garnish with chopped spring onions and cucumber. 

Serve as the main entree for lunch or dinner with steamed rice, steamed veggies, and stir-fry noodles for a full meal.
